The room I booked here was clean and had a great city view, everything went very well.

The staff were very friendly, extremely helpful and they are a credit to their profession. The buffet breakfast was the best I have had and I travel a fair bit for conferences.

I do agree with other respondents that the rooms are looking very tired and modernisation would be great. Mainly probably getting rid of any wallpaper, re-do the furnishings and in my room the bathroom facilities definately need a reno.

The location was great, iN CITY, and the bed extremely comfy. The family room was compact, had good views. The breakfast was great and excellant with fresh variety.

I chose this hotel for attending an assembly and I was impressed by the 11 meeting rooms available for events. The conference center provided excellent facilities for my work.

I missed having a business center to easily access printing and copying services.

The staff are the best asset of this hotel. We've stayed 3 times and they always seem helpful on the front desk and the lady at breakfast is very good. Last time we stayed they had run out of scrambled eggs and we were the last for breakfast - she offered to make some especially for us.

Some rooms are older than others. Our room this time was a bit tired and basic.

The food, the comfort. How near it is to the middle of the town.

Extremely slow service, only 1 person on the front desk after 11 pm. Meant that I had to queue up 3 times within 60 mins for simple things - 1. to check in, 2. to try to get late night food/drink, 3. to ask about parking. Person on desk did her best, was pretty helpful but the whole thing was very slow!!! Also, late night food and drink is very limited: bar closes at 11pm, then for eating there's just a couple of sandwiches sitting in a rack near reception, otherwise nothing!! So arrive early or go elsewhere!!.For the price, not good value.

Nothing special at all

I made the reservation for a couple and found towels and blanket for single person. The breakfast buffet started to remove some items before the buffet time ends and the service was too slow.

This place is clean and beautiful with friendly staff, excellent customer service, convenient parking, and a fantastic location for my needs, plus they offer free wake-up calls and ironing services.

The hotel was in a marvellous location, to market. The unit we got was spotless with great views, excelellent bed, spare space. Welcoming and nice staff, they helped us a lot. Had a great stay on our business trip and will be back.

Good breakfast variety and quality. Tasty vegetarian burger in the restaurant. Friendly and professional staff. Modern and comfortable room. Corner location can be overlooked.

This hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of the city center. I found it so convenient to be able to walk to all the attractions and shops. The room was amazing - it looked brand new with beautiful hardwood floors and a modern bathroom. Everything was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The place is well-maintained, nicely decorated, and offers great views, situated right in the heart of town.

The hotel was conveniently located near the city center and public transportation. The breakfast was varied and tasty, offering a good selection of food to start the day. the staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooms were basic and lacked amenities such as a fridge or tea and coffee making facilities. The bathrooms were also cold and could benefit from better heating.
